The Attorney
Benjamin Kaasa graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in May 2006. While attending law school he served two positions on the North Dakota Law Review Board of Editors and clerked for a private criminal defense law firm in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
After graduation he spent the next four years in International Falls, Minnesota clerking for Judge Charles LeDuc. There he gained exposure to the broad array of legal issues and problems confronting Minnesota families. It was this exposure that drove him to develop the idea of a law firm that can meet all of a families legal needs. Ben, an alumni of the U of M – Duluth, decided it was time to return to Duluth in October 2010 and begin preparations to open his own office.
When not occupied with assisting families with their legal needs Ben enjoys spending time with his family, officiating ice hockey at youth and high school ages, participating in Rotary, golfing and watching professional baseball.
