Estate Planning & Probate

This is not an area of law exclusively reserved for individuals that have a lot of experience and wisdom.  Estate planning also does not consist of merely drafting and executing a will.

Estate planning is a comprehensive examination of who you are as person, what your family situation is and what your desires may be in the event of death or incapacity.  It is important because it lets friends, families and colleagues know what should happen in the event you become incapacitated.  Failure to properly plan for death or incapacity can result in unintended consequences for you and your loved ones.  With proper estate planning, expenses for the care of you, your loves ones and your estate can be minimized.
